Louis Goulet is a pioneer in Information Technology. Over the past 30 years, he has contributed his innovative ideas and analytical mind to about fifty major mandates, and has applied his meticulous eye for detail to the implementation of carefully orchestrated strategies.

His flexibility and sense of tact have enabled him to work outside of Canada, in France and Mali. His focus on a problem-solving approach has made him a valued and respected member of the teams in which he has worked. 

A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke in IT Management in 1983, he obtained his PMP Certification in 2003.
